P 90 X Reviews: Can You Lose Weight?

Most people have seen the infomercial for the P 90 X workout videos. Tony Horton, the P90x instructor, makes a guarantee to get people in the best shape of your life. From sweat- inducing, muscle pumping workouts in a matter of 90 days your body is going to be altered from regular to ripped. The program is not aimed to the couch potato, but for the someone who’s already in average shape and wants to press it to the next level. Tony has came up with a program that includes high- intensity cross training/circuit training.
